Justification:
Resurface operational surfaces, replace airfield lighting, obstruction removal, and erosion protection. Heavy maintenance is needed at this airport for safety. This airport was constructed in 2007. There have not been surface maintenance grants awarded for preventative and preservation maintenance of the operational surfaces since the relocation. The airfield lighting system has not been updated since the construction and is beyond its useful life (10 years).
