Description: Rehabilitate taxiway and other airfield operational surfaces to correct cracks, ruts, uneven surfaces, dips, soft spots, and ponding. Apply dust palliative. Drainage improvements may include ditching and culvert alignment. Lighting and visual aids will be repaired or replaced where damaged by subsidence.

Justification: The airport operating areas and access road are in need of repair. Poor drainage and differential settling have caused frequent and significant depressions, cracking and humps, ruts, uneven surfaces, dips over 6", soft spots, ponding, and shoulder erosion. The lighting system and visual navaids have been damaged or displaced by subsidence. There have been 9 NOTAMs and runway closures since March 2017. No surface maintenance grants have been awarded to this airport since it was constructed in 2013.
