Justification:
The runway and taxiway need to be upgraded to match the standards of the current critical aircraft grouping of A-II. The runway and taxiway surfaces contain 6-8” dips throughout, and the south end of the runway is experiencing settlement. The runway and taxiway lighting systems are at the end of their useful life and need to be replaced to maintain reliability for operations during nighttime and inclement weather.
