Mill and pave the east side of the apron apron in 2023. Also mill and pave the concrete pad on the north side of the apron.

Justification:
In 2023 the apron pavement will be 20 years old and will need a new mill and pave. A 2013 and 2014 LOC Letter cited ponding water on the apron and the need to repave. The north side concrete pad has differential shifting, which is causing damage to snow removal equipment and stressing aircraft landing gear. Shifting is also causing potential loss of aircraft directional control.
Notes:
This project should be bundled with an apron drainage rebuild project.
