Description:
This airport is NOT currently federally obligated and the most recent ALP indicates right-of-way and property issues. Runways need to be resurfaced and compacted. There are depressions and base course rocks present.

Justification:
The gravel surface course is no longer adequate, new material needs to be added so the runways can be shaped and compacted. Airport has a number of drainage issue and this effects the lighting.
