Description:
South Naknek Rwy 31 threshold has been “temporarily” displaced because the first 550’ is too soft and rutted to permit its use. The result is a Community Class off-road airport with one inadequate runway (<3,000’) that is in poor condition. This project will resurface and eliminate the displacement.

Justification:
