Justification:
This construction project is eligible and justified under the AIP per the AIP Handbook. The project preserves infrastructure through reconstruction, and possible relocation, of the dilapidated seaplane dock facility. The facility is exposed to boat wake and a harsh marine environment. Major components of this facility are beyond the service life.
Notes:
The facility is in very poor shape and needs refurbishment.
