Justification:
The current Naiad is near the end of its useful life. We would like to be able to render aid much quicker and get victims out of the water with only one responder. The combination will allow us to cut 10-15 minutes from our response time. The Naiad boat currently used for water rescue has to be pumped up every day to make sure it is ready to go if duty calls.
