Description:
Scarify, reshape and re-compact surfacing material on 3,000' of runway 18/36, 95' on the taxiway and 9,794 SY on the apron to proper profile. Apply dust palliative to retain the critical fine particles in the crushed surfacing. To be treated with dust palliative for fines preservation to bind aggregate to prevent loss of fines from the runway, taxiway and apron surfaces.
