Justification:
Beacon and tower need to be replaced with new updated beacon/tower to meet regulations. Beacon operation intermittent.
Notes:
It was reported that the airfield lighting system is not connected to backup power, only the SREB. Beacon and secondary wind cone must be serviced using local utility lift truck - beacon tower is considered unstable/unsafe (safety hazard)
