Justification:
The SREB was constructed in 1979. It is in very poor condition and was rated as âFâ in the 2018 CIMP inspection. There is a dirt floor and the man doors have large gaps allowing significant air and water leakage. The Snow Removal Equipment Building (SREB) will be replaced with a double bay SREB to house the two AIP funded pieces of equipment.
