Justification:
·Equipment storage is insufficient for equipment. The Grader cannot fit in the current building and more equipment is on order. Per grant assurances to the FAA, this equipment must be stored inside. A Standard 3 bay SREB is needed. ·Current sand storage condition is poor, sand gets wet and building is near end of usuable life. Seward gets a lot of water on the airport so new design should allow for water to escape storage area and sand to dry.
