Justification:
Segmented circle does not meet the new standard and is in poor condition. The segmented circle was built in 1977 using painted barrels and it is no longer recognizable. Edge markings are using cones, which are not in compliance with AC 150/5345-39 AND 5345053.
Notes:
Segmented circle is old barrels that are missing or crushed and not functioning.
