Justification:
The existing ARFF Building does not offer a view of the runway and it should be relocated to allow that. Also, there are not enough bays to house the ARFF vehicle and the SRE in the winter. We must protect the AIP funded equipment. The airport does have a snow and ice control program.
Notes:
This building needs some repairs, recommend re evaluating its replacement vs repairs. CIMP
