Justification:
Traffic has increased due to Silver Bay Seafoods plant and the runway is withering away. There are loose rocks larger than D1. There are drainage issues and berms in excess of 3" exist on the runway and taxiway. 2016 & 2021 CIMP inspection showed a need.
