Description:
Embankment continuing to erode at the center, south side of the runway. The west side of the apron and the east side of the airport is also eroding away due to ocean wave action. We need to complete the shoreline protection with the core locs that are already staged in the area.

Justification:
Left over core-locs from previous RSA project are still at the airport. They could be used for erosion control in this location and would not have to be mobilized out and save a great deal of cost.
Notes:
The shorelines also serve as a wildlife attractant because waves wash sea life onto the beaches, which attracts feeding birds and other animals.
