Description:
Rehabilitate and construct 1,491-foot runway extension, extending the main runway. Rehabilitate taxiways, south apron and airport lighting. Realign airport service roads at each end of the runway and install navigational aids as applicable. Remove airspace obstructions. Apply dust palliative to service roads.
