Justification:
The airport is certificated and 14 CFR 139.335 Public Protection requires that we keep the airport safe from inadvertent entry of persons. We must also have a fence to prevent wild and domestic animals from entering the fence.
Notes:
The current fence is in poor condition and in need of repairs.
