Justification:
2016 inspection noted - Existing SREB has considerable damage and rusting conditions. Fuel tank extremely rusted and should be removed.Water flows in bottom of man door Bi-folding doors operate ok but hinges are rusty and seals are cracked and ripping. Fuel tank needs to be removed. Not being used and is rusted through secondary containment. Roof starting to rust and signs of rust on bldg. panels. by folding doors are rusting through
