Justification:
The current Ultimate for Runway 18-36 is a NPI Utility. This will increase the RSA width from 120' to 150' and length beyond runway end from 240' to 300', thus the need for RSA expansion. Along with runway dimension change from 90'x3876' to 75'x3876' which will result in the need to replace the lighting system.
