To be treated with dust palliative for fines preservation to bind aggregate to prevent loss of fines from the 3,199' of runway 3/21, 246' on the taxiway and 8,063 SY on the apron surfaces -- ST RW IM = $180,000; ST TW IM = $81,800; ST AP IM = $65,400.
