Justification:
Roof leaking and has resulted in rusting and deterioration of building metal structure. Structural roof frame work is compromised due to significant rust. The existing SREB was built in 1976. It is corroding and the beams are collapsing. We are using AIP funded snow removal equipment on the field and that equipment must be replaced soon.
